FGC Development Pty Ltd (Trading as FGC Homes) was incorporated on the 17th March 1974 and is licensed in both NSW and the ACT. FGC is a local company with its office located at the Southlands Shopping Centre Mawson. FGC prides itself on providing a high level of customer service, reliability and consistently high quality craftsmanship. Every client has a different expectation when building a new home, our aim is to work with each client offering a complete service from initial design concept through to delivering on the expectations our clients have with the construction of their home.
We listen to our client’s requirements and our dynamic team all work together to meet the individual needs and budget constraints of every client.
Over the years FGC has built homes in the Canberra Suburbs of Wanniassa, Fadden, Monash, Theodore, Banks, Calwell, Bonyton to name just a few.
